Andrea Steinert, founder of TFF, is a lecturer and coach at various universities and a former managing director of the political think tank Innovativkreis NRW Liberal and director of Amerika Haus NRW. With her extensive experience as a guest lecturer in the USA, her work at Amerika Haus, and her membership in the American International Women’s Club, Andrea supports women in their professional development and enhances their visibility.
