For the past weeks and months, we have shed light on different aspects of the 2024 US elections through a series of talks, discussions, and seminars. Now, election day is less than a month away. On November 5, the people of the United States will cast their vote. The outcome is uncertain as Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are neck on neck in the key “battleground” states. But it seems safe to predict that the 2024 election will be decisive for the future of the United States as well as for the transatlantic relationship.
