In the following webinar, Dr. Marc Seeger, Dr. Catharina Klumpp, LL.M., Lennart Schüssler, Dr. Matthias Spilker, LL.M., and Felix Schmidtke of the global law firm Bird & Bird LLP will demystify the typical legal pitfalls of investing in Germany. Participants will receive brief overviews on the legal frameworks for employment, data usage as well as protection, and supply chain compliance in Germany and why these, albeit different from the U.S., still allow U.S. companies to successfully conduct their businesses in Germany.
