US-NRW-Tour

340 years of shared historical points of reference connect the United States of America and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia – after all, German emigration to North America began in the Lower Rhine region. NRW is celebrating this anniversary of political, cultural and economic relations in 2023/2024 with numerous events.

The US Consulate General in Düsseldorf and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation will complement the anniversary year with an excursion seminar on American-German economic relations in the Rhineland metropolitan region. We will visit American companies in the region with our own bus.

Around Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn as well as on the Lower Rhine, we will experience US companies that are dynamizing the German market in future-oriented fields of logistics, sustainability, life sciences, IT and security technology, vitalizing free and rule-based world trade and strengthening our partnership.

We will discuss the reasons for the numerous economic relationships and ask about the development potential and the upcoming (political) economic challenges.

The daily start and end point is Düsseldorf. We also offer hotel accommodation there.

Cost with meals, but without overnight stays: 50.00 euros.
